Wall Mount bags are designed to suit from 3/4hp up to a 3hp air conditioner, making the cleaning of the indoor fan coil unit easy, fast and efficient.
All bags come with a drain fitting mounted in the bottom, to suit 12mm & 19mm hose fittings, making easy connection for run off outside or to a container.
Cassette type bag is easy to use with great manouverability and very time efficient, no need for messy drop sheets, or interuptions to people working around.
Strong seat belt type straping that is adjustable, allowes for total manouverability of the bag when in use.

Cassette Bag Instruction

This cleaning bag is designed for use on cassette split systems. With 1220mm coverage and a 25mm bsp threaded drain fitting to suit most tap adaptors.
Using the Cassette Cleaning Bag
  • Always isolate all power to your split system prior to any work.
  • Remove Cassette split system facia and condensate tray from system.
  • Fit all four cassette cleaning bag straps up through the ceiling and connect to the threaded rod/ Steel suspension wire holding the system in place
  • Connect drain hose from the cassette cleaning bag outlet to a 20 litre drum or container for waste water.
  • Adjust 2 of the straps up high into the ceiling so as to protect the ceiling from any overspray whilst hosing part of the evaporator coil.
  • Use a wet and dry vacuum cleaner to suck the excess water from the cleaned section of the evaporator coil.
  • Repeat steps 5&6 until the entire cassette split system evaporator coil and supply ducting is clean.
  • Remove the cleaning bag from the cassette split system.
  • Fit all of the cleaned parts back on to the cassette split system.
  • Turn the power back on and the process is complete

Wall Mount/Split System Bag

This cleaning bag is designed for use on wall mounted split systems. This bag comes in Standard and Mini with a 25mm BSP threaded drain fitting to suit most hose adaptors.
Using the Wall Mounted Split System Cleaning Bag
  • Always isolate all power to your split system prior to any work.
  • Remove the front facia from the wall mounted split system and clean.
  • Place the strapping over the exposed evaporator coil.
  • Spend time setting up the back panel under the edge of the split system mounting frame. This will determine the dryness of your wall when finished.
  • Adjust the strap to hold the bag in position.
  • Connect drain hose from the cleaning bag outlet to a 20 litre drum or container for waste water.
  • Cover the electrics with a plastic cover for protection. You can now pressure clean both the coil and drum fan. (NOTE: Do not allow the drum fan to spin whilst cleaning)
  • Use a wet/dry vacuum cleaner to remove the excess water from the fan and evaporator coil.
  • Remove the cleaning bag and fit the cleaned front facia back on to the split system.
  • Turn the power back on and the process is complete

CATCHMENT BAG MADE FROM:

Tarpaulin GP (General Purpose) is a PVC coated fabric with a standard weave scrim providing a smooth surface. It has an acrylic coating on both sides which is an advantage by reducing the risk of soiling, particularly when the finished product is frequently erected and dismantled. It meets the ‘heavy duty’ requirements of AS 2930 and is suited for general purpose applications.
